Istituito nel 1876, il Museo archeologico Eno Bellis è uno dei più antichi musei archeologici d’Italia: è stato allestito con un percorso cronologico diviso in 8 sale che racconta la storia della città, partendo dall’epoca preistorica e Paleoveneta, passando per l’età romana. Al secondo piano dell’adiacente Palazzo Foscolo si trova la pinacoteca Alberto Martini: nato nel1876 ad Oderzo, è stato disegnatore, pittore, incisore ed illustratore, nonché precursore del movimento surrealista. Una delle più prestigiose opere dell’artista è la raffigurazione della Divina Commedia.

Established in 1876, the Eno Bellis Museum is one of the oldest archaeological museums in Italy; it is has been set up with a chronological itinerary divided into 8 rooms that tells the story of the city, starting from the prehistoric and Paleo venetian era, up to the Roman age. On the second floor of the adjacent Foscolo palace there is the gallery dedicated to the Oderzo’ artist Alberto Martini: born in 1876 in Oderzo, he was a draftsman, painter, engraver and illustrator, as well as a precursor of the surrealist movement. One of the most prestigious works of the artist is the representation of the Divine Comedy.
